What is Edesign?
EDesign is Interior Design of your space done entirely online through a collaborative process between you and me! It is convenient, fast and affordable because you take on part of the work a designer normally does such as measuring the space and ordering some of the items we select for your design. We can work together on your whole house or just one room. Once you have your design, you can implement it as your schedule and budget allows. I’m here as your designer and coach to help make the magic happen , so that we create the perfect space for you that tells your story!
How does it work? The full Edesign process starts with getting to know you, your design style and your specific needs. This happens by you answering some questions, sending pictures and measurements. Once I know more, I create a floor plan for you and a concept board with decor items I think you will like and will work for your space. We then narrow down the selections to make sure you like everything by collaborating and looking at options on a secret Pinterest board. Once we have the final design pieces, I can create a 3D Render to show you what the design will look like. After you approve that, you get your shopping list and set up instructions. You may only want or need parts of the process, such as just a floor plan, or a shopping list or a render. I have different packages for all these things to meet your specific needs. Maybe you would like a general look at your whole house with recommendations to update your look using mainly what you already have? If so, a Re-Design consultation would work for you. If you just want to work with me for a few hours and ask questions, or take me on a virtual shopping trip with you to select pieces and get my advice, try my Designer on Call package. If you need specific help with color, selecting paint, fabric colors or finishes such as counter tops and flooring for a remodel, a color consultation would be perfect for you.
As a professional home stager as well as a designer, I can also help you prepare your home for sale through an online home staging consultation or virtual staging. I also offer social media packages to help you advertise the essence of what makes your home great on Facebook.

This package has everything you need to redo your decor for that important room. You get a furniture & decor concept board showing all the pieces, a floor plan to show you how it should be arranged, a shopping list and set up instructions, and a 3D render so you can visualize everything together. Perfect if you need help with layout, picking colors, materials and furnishings but do not need a 3D drawing to visualize everything. You get a furniture & decor concept board with all the paint, textiles, furniture and decor pieces you need to complete your space; as well as written set up instructions, a shopping list and complementary ordering service for trade items. Struggling with arranging furniture of a strange layout, small space or a large open concept? I’ll send you 2-3 floor plan options to help you figure out how to best utilize your space. Learn more.

A great package to give you overall guidance for your design when you know you will be working primarily with what you already have for now. Let’s take a look at your whole house and see how we can refresh your look using what you already have. Often just re-arranging the puzzle pieces, re-styling or highlighting your art and accessories in new ways and simple changes like some new paint colors or accent pieces can make magic happen! A great package to give you overall guidance and a plan for updating your design before investing in the details of updating particular rooms such as with the Full Service or Refresh Edesign packages. Let’s take a look at your whole house and see how we can update your look using what you already have as well as some new items you know you need. We can consider new arrangements, re-styling, highlighting your art and accessories in new ways, new paint colors or accent pieces and what and where new items can make the most impact. Pick my brain, get all your questions answered, bounce ideas off me, see if things you have really work together, take me on a virtual shopping trip with you. Trouble making decisions? Why not get a pro to help. I can help you select decor and accessories. Two hour minimum to start, then you can purchase more time by the hour. Having problems picking the right color because you are stumped by so called “undertones”? Are the paint colors you have selected shifting blue, green or another color once they are on the wall? Not sure how to pick the right white? Wondering what paint colors will go with the countertops you have selected for your kitchen or bath remodel? Wondering if that countertop will go with your existing flooring or other fixed finishes? Not sure how to find the right paint colors to go with that rug, piece of art or furniture that you want to use in your design? I can take the guesswork out of all of these things by using color measurements. Learn more.

Have you spent time researching colors, testing a few on the wall perhaps and put together a color palette for the interior or exterior of your home but are worried whether they really go together well? Worried once you start painting you won’t like them or something will be “off” and you are afraid of spending all that money and making a mistake? Send me your palette including the brand names, colors and color numbers and I will review the color data and tell you if they will be harmonious together. Plan to do your staging yourself but not sure where to start? Send me pictures of your house and I will give you a detailed checklist of everything you can do inside and out to prepare your house to sell fast, sell high and appeal to your target market. as well as tips for living in your for sale home and preparing for your photo shoot. Perfect if you will be living in the home while it is listed. If your home will be vacant, I can give recommendations for paint, upgrades and preparation for market. I always recommend in person staging over virtual staging so buyers can make an emotional connection and envision themselves living there. Sometimes though, a space may need a lot of remodeling or updates and the seller chooses to leave that to the buyer so they can do it their way. Or the seller can not afford in person staging. Virtual staging can help buyers see the possibilities of the remodeled space or visualize the possibilities in a vacant space. Drop in renders use your well lit great photo of the vacant space. 3D renders use measurements of your vacant space with a suitable photograph for guidance.
