Hi! Today I asked for a Message from the Animals to see what is the most important thing for all of us to consider as we navigate the coming week.
“Grace”.
It’s a lesson from the Trumpeter Swan.
Embrace the wisdom of the Trumpeter Swan, finding strength in grace and elegance. Communicate with clarity, cherish family bonds, and adapt to life’s changes with resilience. Look below the surface to enhance self-awareness and inner beauty. Move through life with poise, knowing that grace is the key to experiencing the beauty within and around you.
I love the part about looking beneath the surface…. When I see swans, they usually have their cute butts up in the air as their heads are below the surface of the water looking for food.
Enhancing your own self-awareness is a great way to grow and become more resiliant. I think we all need that, especially now.

Hi! Today I asked what is the most important thing to remember in the coming week to help us when things are stressful.
“Play”.
Yup, you just can’t make this stuff up.
It’s a lesson from the river otter.
Embody the spirit of playfulness and joy. Find delight in simple pleasures, be adaptable to change, and cultivate strong relationships. Approach challenges with resourcefulness, a sense of humor, and maintain a harmonious balance between work and play.
It’s funny. I teach numerous Tai Chi classes per week and always pull an inspiration card for my students. This card has come up numerous times in the last month. I guess it is an important message that will keep coming up until we get the message!
Play!! OK!!!!
That balance of work and play is something most of us can do better with. Work can wait a little.

Art of the Week- Behind the Scenes: “Transforming”
Recently, I created a new collection called “Transforming”, which is about personal and spiritual transformation.
When Covid started, that was when my own period of “transforming” began, and it has been going on ever since. I took that time I had when I could not do anything else to try to learn new things and make my life better, even when everything was chaos. It was my first experience delving into personal development classes that were all about transformation, of my business and myself.
Transforming has been well worth it, even though it has been a lot of work. I have noticed alot of changes that have happened along the way that, I I think others do also. It led me to create this collection.
As an example, here are the first three things that typically happen during transformation.
Awakening: It starts with a gentle nudge, an inner call that stirs your soul and makes you question your current path.
Curiosity: This awakening leads to a deep curiosity, a hunger to understand more about yourself and the world around you.
Seeking: Driven by this curiosity, you begin to seek knowledge and wisdom from books, teachers, and spiritual practices.

Today I was feeling the weight of the chaos happening in our world. I asked for inspiration on what can help us through these stressful times from my digital oracle deck, “A Message From the Universe”. The answer was:
“Confidence”.
It’s a lesson from the moose. Embrace your uniqueness and stand tall with self-assurance and confidence. Find strength in gentleness and navigate life’s challenges with resilience. Connect with nature, seek solitude for reflection and move forward with the power that comes from knowing and embracing your true self.
It sounds like resilience is important and self care can help us be resilient.
Resilience is the process and outcome of successfully adapting to difficult or challenging life experiences, especially through mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility and adjustment to external and internal demands.
