Over the last several weeks I have been sharing my “Transforming” collection about personal and spiritual transformation. I feel like once you start down this road of personal development, it is a journey that never ends.

Have you had a similar experience?

Here are a few more things I think are part of transformation that inspired my favorite art this week.

Self-Reflection: You spend time in self-reflection, examining your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and recognizing patterns that no longer serve you.

Acceptance: You come to accept yourself fully, with all your flaws and strengths, understanding that this is the first step to genuine transformation.

Letting Go: You start to let go of old beliefs, habits, and relationships that hinder your growth, making space for new experiences.
