Over time, I’ve come to see that most of us cycle through four core energies: Release, Attract, Connect, and Evolve. Sometimes they unfold in order. Sometimes they overlap. Sometimes we revisit one again and again.
When you enter the Evolve phase, you begin to feel a quiet certainty. You may not have all the answers, but you know you’re not meant to stay where you are.
