Introducing “Attachments” Aligned Energy Art
Budda said “the root of suffering is attachment”.
I learned from my teacher Jim Fortin, that the biggest cause of suffering in our lives comes from our attachments, or expectations of the way we think things should be. When we don’t get what we want or how we want it, we are unhappy. Maybe we can release attachment to the idea of how things should be and just allow them to be what they are.
If they are not how we want or expect, maybe that is a good thing that is opening the door for something more wonderful to come into our lives.
This art was inspired by the energy of attachment in our lives and all the chords that bind us to the outcomes we expect and want.
As you can see, there are chords of attachment between every part of the design, creating one interconnected whole.

Although the greens and blues are colors of nature and often are calming and relaxing colors, these pieces have a sense of high energy because of all the endless linkages.
As I usually do, I created 2 more pieces to go with it, so you can see the movement between pieces and use three together over a sofa t create a focal point in a room.

How can you use Aligned Energy Art in your space?
If the message of “Attachments”, or future concepts I plan to create resonate with you, then adding art that is meaningful as well as beautiful is a great way to create your perfect space and remind yourself of what is important in your life each day when you see it.
Art like “Attachments” can be added to your living room, meditation, or workout area or wherever your intuition guides you to put it.
Because this art is digital, it can also be put on a variety of home decor products such as pillows, bedding, serving trays, coffee mugs, notebooks, and more. So you could think about “Attachments” as you sip your morning coffee out of a “Attachments” coffee mug while writing things you want to release your “Attachments” journal, for example, drinking out of your travel cup on the way to work or doing yoga on a “Attachments” mat.
Aligned Energy Art is another layer of meaning beyond the visual beauty in creating your perfect space that is aligned with who you want to be.

I created this Edesign, or virtual design as an example of how you could create a space using this art and express the energy of “Attachments” in your space. I love the modal scarves! They are 28 x 78″ and made of 100% Lenzing Modal which is a luxuriously soft botanic silk fabric made of beechwood. It is eco-friendly and its fineness is comparable to that of natural silk.
They also have beautiful wool, silk and cotton scarves. also eco-friendly and some of the proceeds go to social and financial literacy programs in India and Turkey. As a jewelry artist as well as a designer, I had always wondered how my fractal art would look on jewelry but was never sure how to create it. I was thrilled to see they could create jewelry and really love the round pendants and rings in particular. The necklaces come in other shapes as well and on metal or bamboo.

Is Health the Top Thing You Want More of in Life?
There are five main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and proper sleep can enhance physical health, while mindfulness, self-care practices, therapy, and social connections can support mental well-being.

My energy art is a unique blend of fractal and AI-enhanced designs, and serves as the bedrock of my Aligned Design (interior design) approach. Some Causes of Health Issues
Are You “At Ease” with Yourself?
Often health issues arise when we are not at ease with who we are, or the results that mirror this in our lives, and “disease” follows. This can come from:
Chronic Stress: Long-term stress can lead to serious illnesses.
Negative Emotions: Holding onto negative feelings can weaken the immune system.
Lack of Self-Care: Not taking care of yourself properly can cause health problems.
Unhealthy Relationships: Bad relationships or feeling alone can lead to mental health issues.
Unfulfilled Life: Living an unauthentic life can cause chronic stress and health problems.

Are You in Alignment?
Being in alignment means doing what you are truly passionate about, irrespective of monetary gain. It’s about expressing your unique vision to the world and positively impacting others’ lives, creating expansion for others and yourself.
When we are not aligned with our work and engage in tasks we dislike or solely for the money, it can have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. Such a mismatch between our true desires and the work we do can lead to stress, dissatisfaction, and overall reduced well-being.
We can get in alignment when we live on a path with heart, doing the things that bring fulfillment and joy, and this positively influences our mental and physical health.

Unlocking Self-Love: Beyond the Need for Overdoing
Many people take on more tasks and responsibilities, or “overdo”, in the hope of earning love or approval from others. However, this can often lead to stress and exhaustion, and it’s not a sustainable or healthy way to gain self-worth.
True self-worth comes from within, not from the validation of others. It’s important to learn to love and approve of ourselves, embracing our strengths and accepting our weaknesses. When we find love and approval within ourselves, we no longer feel the need to overdo things for others’ acceptance. We can then focus on fulfilling our own needs and desires, leading to a more balanced and content life.
When we define our worth based on others’ perceptions, we give away our power. Taking our power back involves:
Releasing Attachments: Let go of the need for validation from others. Your value is inherent and doesn’t rely on external approval.
Let Go of things that don’t serve you: Recognize habits that don’t serve you, like overworking. Replace these behaviors with things that do serve you instead.
Practicing Self-Care: Prioritize activities that nourish your mind and body. This can range from getting enough sleep, giving yourself quiet time or flowers, getting regular massages or walks or making time for hobbies you love.
Remember, your value comes from within, and the love and approval you seek should first and foremost come from yourself.
Support yourself by releasing unhealthy attachments and practices, and focusing on self-care, you start to regain control over your life and well-being.
How Energy Art Can Improve Your Health
Energy art, deeply rooted in the principles of harmony, frequency, and resonance, can be an influential tool for bolstering your health. How?

What is AI and Fractal Art?
I created this digital art using a combination of AI (artificial intelligence) and Fractal on my computer. AI required using the right words to tell the computer what your artistic vision is, and then revising it over and over until it is close to my vision. Then I create fractal art using special software based on math. I overlay the fractal art images on the AI images. Each image has a special energy message meant to support you in your life. I infuse my energy to support you through the art during the creation process.
I love creating these mediums because it allows me to work with brilliant colors, interesting textures, and incredible detail.

This Edesign is one of the rooms I designed for the MyDoma Designer Virtual Home Tour Contest. See how you can use energy art to create a beautiful space that reflects who you truly are.
The clients, the Jones’s, are an older couple aging in place in their home. Cassandra still chooses to work as an Interior Designer with choice clients from her home office.

In essence, Cassandra is me, and this is what my dream office might look like. It is an example of shining your own light and inspiring others to do the same.

Communication: Light blue especially is linked with communication, expression, and empathy.

The Blues
My “The Blues” fractal art collection draws inspiration from Alaska’s breathtaking palette of blues, manifesting in the sky, water, and icy expanses. The state showcases a mesmerizing spectrum, from deep ocean blues to the ethereal glacial blue – a shade that remains elusive to photographs. Our lakes often shimmer in a unique turquoise, tinted by glacial silt. The accompanying photo offers a glimpse into Alaska’s rich tapestry of blues.

The “Sea”
Another fractal art series of mine is called “the Sea” because it reminds me of the ocean with white caps on a cloudy, windy day. I see the ocean from my house here in Seward Alaska, and we have plenty of wild windy days! Looking at the white caps is an indication of whether the boats will go out each day and how sea sick you might get! The colors of the ocean change with the light.

“Magic” Aligned Energy Art

I like to make three pieces that can work together in a group, say behind a sofa. So, I created 3 more pieces, and used one design for pillows on the sofa as well.
