Welcome to Saturday Night Live Art Shows. In this show, I share an office I designed for an older couple that chooses to sometimes work from home for extra income. This Edesign is one of the rooms I designed for the MyDoma Designer Virtual Home Tour Contest. See how you can use energy art to create a beautiful space that reflects who you truly are.

The clients, the Jones’s, are an older couple aging in place in their home. Cassandra still chooses to work as an Interior Designer with choice clients from her home office.

This dream office highlights her energy art creations, and how she uses them to tune in to what others need, and create the perfect spaces for them.

In essence, Cassandra is me, and this is what my dream office might look like. It is an example of shining your own light and inspiring others to do the same.

“The Shiny Ones” Aligned Energy Art

If you have watched some of my previous shows, you know everything is energy.

“The Shiny Ones”  is inspired by those who shine their light, beauty, and energy to help light the way for others and make the world a better place. The Shiny Ones” shown on the wall mural, inspires people to be true to who they truly are.

“The Fountain” Aligned Energy Art

“The Fountain” shown on the chairs, represents water. In Feng Shui, the water element enhances imagination and creativity. It teaches us to go with the flow using the path of least resistance. This design inspires us to create what we want easily, rather than forcing things by “over-doing “.

“I Love Your Energy” Aligned Energy Art

“The Water Element”, represents water, ease, and flow. “I Love Your Energy”, is available on the design as an option. shows the importance of energy in the design.

The table balances energy elements such as fire, water, earth, metal, and wood. The rose has the highest frequency of any living thing.

The office is filled with ease, flow, and creative energy that shows who Cassandra is and inspires others to shine their light in their homes.

“Gratitude” Aligned Energy Art

Gratitude is the Attitude that attracts abundance into your life.

I like to make three pieces that can work together in a group, say behind a sofa. So, I created 3 pieces in the “Gratitude” series.

“Magic” Aligned Energy Art

I like to make three pieces that can work together in a group, say behind a sofa. So, I created 3 more pieces, and used one design for pillows on the sofa as well.

Using Aligned Energy Art in your space.

This room expresses a Modern, Elegant Bohemian style that is relaxing, rich, and expressive.  It is very connected to nature with the colors and natural materials in the furniture, flooring, rug, and art. The colors, textures and details of the Magic, Magic #2, and Magic #3 evoke a feeling of entering a secret, magical garden where you are noticing and sensing all the small wonders. Magic #4 and #5 evoke a larger sense of wonder you might feel when seeing northern lights.

When You Shine Your Light, What Does Your Energy Look Like?

Everything is made of energy, as  Einstein’s famous equation.  E=mc2 tells us.

Everything vibrates energy, and all the energies don’t just ignore each other, they dance together at one big party.  Each interaction causes something to happen.

Ultimately, it means that  energy and matter are the same, and they just vibrate at different rates.  Things that vibrate slowly, look solid, and things that vibrate really fast, at or beyond the speed of light are light energy.

When you shine your light and let the true essence of who you are show, what does your energy look like? Is it a beautiful work of art?

Energy waves cancel each other when they are not in harmony, or create new waves, like children.  Sometimes, those interactions create something amazing, like super children, called fractals.

Those, fractals, when they meet in a way that they are in the “Golden Ratio” to each other, create magic! The Golden Ratio is sacred geometry that creates beauty and life!   Literally.

Sheryl Benjy Shining Her Light

Sheryl Benji shines her light with the creation of her beautiful art. She radiates a beautiful calm energy and her art is colorful and whimsical  . She creates beautiful paintings as well as Body Art for the Soul. this first piece, I called “Whimsical” expressed the energy I felt from her picture below and a lot of her “goddess” paintings as well as her Body Art for the Soul photos.

This second piece, which I called “The Painter”,  was inspired by Sheryl painting this beautiful abstract of flowers. The fractal art reminds me of what it might look like to capture the look of swirling all the paint around that was being used in the flower painting.

For the third piece, Sheryl sent me this photo. The colors and energy in this photo seemed very different from the others she provided.

While looking at her Facebook photos, however, I saw this photo with the red beret, taken by the same photographer. I was very drawn to its energy and my intuition led me to create the piece from this photo instead. I called it “Red Beret”.

This, interestingly, was the piece Sheryl liked best, and had a print made for a desk photo to remind herself of her own personal power.

I felt this piece captured the power I felt within. The colors, shapes and feeling I get from it makes me happy. It brings vibrant energy into my space. I just love it.  Sheryl Benji.

As  a certified color strategist, love playing with beautiful color. One of my favorites is Benjamin Moore’s “Aegean Teal”.

Benjamin Moore describes Aegean Teal,  as  “A blend of blue-green and gray, Aegean Teal 2136-40 is an intriguing mid-tone that creates natural harmony.”

According to the color data (LCH), “Aegean Teal” is a blue/green hue (209.5),  with a Lightness of 56 and Chroma of 8.8. In other words,  it is a pretty saturated and rich blue green that on a scale of 1 to 10 for lightness it is just over the halfway point.

Ways to Use Aegean Teal

Aegean Teal is a versatile, calming, and deep color that beautifully balances blue-green hues. Here are some ways to incorporate this rich shade into various spaces:

1. Accent Walls: Use Aegean Teal on a single wall in a room to create a focal point without overwhelming the space.
2. Kitchen Cabinets: For a chic and modern feel, paint your kitchen cabinets with Aegean Teal. Pair it with gold or brass hardware for a touch of elegance.
3. Front Door: Make a statement by painting your front door in Aegean Teal, especially against neutral exterior shades.
4. Furniture: Revamp old furniture pieces by painting them in this hue for a fresh, updated look.
5. Bathroom: Aegean Teal can be a tranquil choice for bathrooms, creating a spa-like feel. Consider it for vanity cabinets or walls.
6. Bedroom: Use this color as the main wall shade for a serene and restful bedroom ambiance.
7. Accessories: If you’re not ready for a major color change, introduce Aegean Teal through accessories like throw pillows, vases, or lampshades.

Consider the room’s lighting and other color elements, as this can affect how the color is perceived. Regardless of how you choose to incorporate it, Aegean Teal can bring a sophisticated and balanced feel to any space.

Master Bedroom Design

I  decidec to create a master bedroom design using Aegean Teal for the wall color and chose a primarily monotone color scheme with other similar blues and a few green accents.

My design celebrates circles and curves, mixes modern pieces with antiques, and mixes soft fabrics with glass, metal and pottery. I used my fractal art from the “Jenna” collection in the comforter, the pillow shams and accent pillow, the wall art, and on one of the antique chairs. My fractal art celebrates curves and spirals. By using this beautiful color and a monotone color scheme, I think the room has a very relaxing and serene feeling. The energy in the room seems soft and flowing with all the curves, but still interesting with the mixture of hard and soft textures.

Open Space Living with Energy Art Connects You to the Nature

Welcome to Saturday Night Live Art Shows. In this show, I share an open living space for an older couple that loves gardening and entertaining several generations of family.

The clients, the Jones’s, are an older couple aging in place in their home. They love gardening, cooking, and spending time with their large family, and alone with each other. And, they love to display their energy art and remind themselves what is important in life.

There is room for entertaining and watching 2 separate TV’s using headphones. The TV’s display art when not in use.

The space radiates abundance, connection to gardening and nature and being true to who you are.

Why this Design Works

If you have watched some of my previous shows, you know everything is energy. The design highlights the energy of what is important to the clients, which is family, gardening, and spending time together.

The dining area highlights my “Qi” fractal art on the wall. Qi is the life force running through everything. Add good Qi to your space with this art.

Your selection of art determines the energy you want to surround yourself with.

How do you want to feel?

See “The Garden” and “The Fountain” and “Abundance” on the chair fabrics and on the kitchen bar stools. “The Garden” is inspired by flowers. Add their beauty and energy to increase health and well-being. “Abundance” inspired by a field of untamed, beautiful, and free wildflowers and is a reminder to be in alignment with who you truly are.

In the kitchen, see “Becoming” above the stove. Who are you becoming? Is it who you truly are or a version of yourself that society says you should be?

 Aligned Energy Art  is another layer of meaning beyond the visual beauty in creating your perfect space that is  aligned with who you want to be.

The two separate TV’s allow them to hang out together, but still be able to watch their own shows with headphones, and “The Frame” Tvs display more art when not in use.

“Transformation” Aligned Energy Art

Transformation is like Fire.

As the date February 22, 2022 approached, the numbers alone, 2-22-22 predicted a powerful energy day. I started to wonder what the energy would be like at 2:22 pm. I decided to set aside that time to create something and see what would evolve. I had no plan or idea.

Here is what I was inspired to create. Originally, I named it 22222222.

I like to make three pieces that can work together in a group, say behind a sofa. So, I created 2 more pieces. This I called 22222222_2.

And the third one, I called 22222222_2_2. Haha, that is a lot of twos!

The Meaning of Two

Clearly, the number 2 held significance on this day. Upon researching numerology, I learned about its implications.

The number two amplifies intuition, enabling a deep, subconscious understanding. It can sense energies that aren’t visible, only perceptible.

Known as the peacemaker, number two promotes partnerships, balance, and teamwork. It symbolizes grace and diplomacy, harmonizing people, ideas, and elements.

The Meaning Behind the Art

While creating these pieces, I didn’t consciously think about the significance of the number two. I was simply guided by my intuition. The meaning only came to me afterwards.

The initial design reminded me of a fire sweeping through a forest floor, leaving behind charred imprints of what once existed. The flames sometimes seemed potent, at other times subdued.

Having been a wildland firefighter, I’ve witnessed many forest fires. Sometimes fire moves slowly, burning the leaf litter on the surface and sporadically flaring up. When conditions such as low humidity, high temperatures, and wind combine, it escalates and burns trees, creating a dramatic spectacle. Sometimes, fire burns unseen below the surface for months, only to resurface unexpectedly and ignite a surprising blaze.

Transformation is like Fire

Initially, I named these pieces after the number 2. But, when someone observed my art and said, “it looks like transformation in action”, it resonated with me. Over time, I realized these pieces truly symbolized transformation for me, so I renamed them “Transformation”. Why?

Because personal growth into our higher self is akin to a fire.

Sometimes transformation brings about dramatic changes in ourselves, noticeable to us and others—like a wildfire visibly consuming trees. At other times, changes happen slowly and deeply within us, seemingly invisible until one day they become apparent—much like a fire smoldering underground, unnoticed until it emerges to spark a new blaze.

Just as a fire clears the old to make way for the new, transformation lets us release our past and prepare fertile ground for new things to emerge. The more we let go, the more space we create for growth.

Post-fire, even if the land seems barren, new shoots soon sprout, thriving in the room, nutrients, and light that were previously blocked by old trees. These old trees are like our past stories and attachments that keep us from becoming our true selves.

Transformation and the Energy of Two

I’m grateful I had time to create amidst such potent energy. I believe the power of two did indeed heighten my intuition that day, enabling me to tap into energies that were intangible but could be expressed through my art.

The number Two symbolizes grace, balance, and harmony—qualities I perceive in these pieces, akin to how fire brings balance and harmony within an ecosystem.

Welcome to Saturday Night Live Art Shows! Tonight I share 4 fractal art pieces called “Flow” and an Edesign of a living room showing how you could use them in your space. The art was inspired by the idea that everything is energy, and allowing it to flow freely through your space and through you is the key to your health and well-being.
