I will send you a questionnaire where you can upload your photos , including measurements of the rooms.
I can use your high quality, empty room photos and drop in furniture and decor to create a virtually staged space that will make an emotional connection with buyers. Photo’s should be straight and taken at eye level with ample lighting of clean rooms.

Virtual Remodeling

Virtual Remodeling uses measurements of your vacant space with a suitable photograph for guidance. I can change the paint color, flooring and lighting and add furniture, art and accessories to help buyers see the possibilities and create a space buyer will love.

What You Get

You receive a unique 3D render that allows potential home buyers to visualize simple renovations before moving in (like painting, updated lighting and flooring and decorating (nothing structural).
Each render is a custom design by a professional Interior Designer and home stager that show buyers the potential for the space.
I offer your buyers 10% off an Interior Design consultation for their new home.

How it Works

Review my Letter of Agreement/Terms of Service and make payment using the purchase button.
Provide information in a questionnaire where you can upload your photos , including measurements of the rooms.
I will recreate the room entirely from your room measurements and take a variety of snapshots of the room as if you were in it!
Allow potential home buyers to visualize simple renovations before moving in.
You will receive 4 Images of each space , although smaller spaces may not yield as many pictures. Use these images in MLS (if allowed in your state) or on social media.
Within 3 days I will send you a zip folder of your rendered images.

*This package does not include kitchens or bathrooms

*Open concepts are considered multiple rooms.

*Paint and finish selections are not included in this design package- simply furniture and decor. If you need these things, use the 3D render package.
